Horrible experience with this company. My load was picked up on a Monday. Tried calling and texting them for two days. Finally talked with the guy and he said that it would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday. Did not hear from the company at all up to Wednesday night (after I called numerous times).Well, come to find out they were still in Pennsylvania (3 days away). I was out $255.00 for this failed communication. Now the new delivery date was for Saturday or Sunday. Here comes Saturday, no communications with the company again. Now they cant get there other load loaded so the new delivery date is set for Monday or Tuesday. NO COMMUNICATIONS AT ALL THIS TIME. THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER FROM THE ONLY CONTACT THAT I HAD FOR THEM (this was all Tuesday morning, the third scheduled delivery day). Finally I had to call the company that I purchased the equipment from to try and contact this joke of a company to find out where my equipment was. Now, after not talking to the company the scheduled delivery is for Thursday. This is 8 days late from the original delivery date and has cost me $765.00 as of Wednesday evening. The cheapest is not always the best. Would never recommend this company, not even to my worse enemy!
